Interconnect Monitoring application provides reporting capabilities for all interconnect traffic on you network.
The Interconnect Monitor contains the following reporting tools:
- Interconnect Browser: Allows the user to browse the Interconnect summary records.
- Destination Summary Report: Summarises the Interconnect records by destination.
- Destination Summary Report (Monthly): Summarises the Interconnect records by destination, on a monthly basis.
- Carrier Summary Report: Summarises the Interconnect records by originating carrier.
- Carrier Summary Report (Monthly): Summarises the Interconnect records by originating carrier, on a monthly basis.
The Interconnect Monitor contains the following administration tools:
- Create Case: Allows the user to create a new Interconnect case.
- Search Case: Allows the user to search/modify existing cases.
- Maintain Users: Allows the user to maintain user accounts.
- Change Password: Allows the user to change his/her own password.
