Adam started in Telecoms just as fraud prevention started to be recognised as essential and for two decades has gained a wealth of operational experience in Fraud prevention, revenue assurance and billing integrity departments. Adam worked with Intrinsic as a customer for the best part of a decade before joining them in 2016 bolstering their impressive credentials with his in the field experience of deployment, configuration, training and user knowledge of Intrinsic's FMSs .

The Team

Our software engineers assist with every part of a project, from requirements capture to implementation and training. We have global experience with all types of telecommunications technology and have expertise in multiple disciplines detailed under Services.

Andrew Hefford has worked at Intrinsic Systems since 2009 and has a BTEC National Diploma in Computing. During his time at Intrinsic he has worked on a large variety of projects from basic decoders to major modules for supported Intrinsic products. He has extensive experience of C, C++, MYSQL together with Sys Admin skills on Linux and Unix. He has worked closely with customers such as Optus in the development of bespoke extensions to IFDS; most recently made considerable contributions to the development of Intrinsic Systems' flagship product, i-FraudLab.
